The chosen direction is developed further, validating driver selection, horn geometry, and crossover design, with manufacturing costs and quotation finalized.

Deliverables: High-fidelity 3D renders > detailed visuals.

4 – assembly

Order drivers, horns, and crossovers, then manually finish each part.

Deliverables: Production-ready CAD files > technical drawings > material & finish specifications.

5 – conclusion

Hand-assemble components, monitor finishes on-site, and take initial acoustic measurements before final crossover tuning.
